The more you talk about the accident, the more witnesses could be used against you. Beware of how you are using your social media accounts. A photo of you smiling on vacation could be misinterpreted when you’ve been injured for two years. If you are on a cruise to South America, how will you prove to jury you are pain free on a cruise? You can’t delete photos from social media but have your social media on private. Don’t give private investigator firms the opportunity. The more that we have to explain about client actions with social media, the more problematic it is to recover for them.
