Will my auto insurance cover my accident?

Make sure that you have the proper Uninsured Motorist insurance. Insurers are required to offer this kind of coverage automatically, according to the benefit you would receive. Your PIP insurance will always be used because the first $10,000 of benefits are from your carrier. In the event that the person who hit you does not have Uninsured Motorist coverage, Stacked UM Coverage increases your potential coverage if you own multiple cars. The stacking option is inexpensive according to the benefit you will receive. The law requires that even if a client is not at fault, their insurance is required to pay. In Florida, people aren’t required to carry bodily injury coverage, but they probably have $10,000 PIP requirement. The concept, full coverage is a meaningless term created by the insurance company. Call The Pendas Law Firm to review your policy to see if you have appropriate coverage.
