Transcript:

We hope the client really listens to us, and takes our advice. It’s subjective to ask what enough is. We advise our clients to allow us to litigate. There can be complications. It is frustrating if a lay person hires us and doesn’t listen to us. There are a lot of costs in litigation, and so it’s important to listen to your attorney. It costs money to get a suitable settlement. We don’t want any client discussing their case with anyone outside our firm. We recommend that you stop comparing cases and try to outsmart us, because we’re on your side. We are doctors of law. You can listen to our advice because we are giving you advice based on all the information that we have. When in litigation, the attorney is looking at the claim, and the doctor is looking at claim, for injuries related. Who do we believe? The doctor or defense attorney? You are entitled to medical your history. The more you talk about the accident, the more witnesses could be used against you.
