2 Naples women killed in single-vehicle crash on US-41
NAPLES, FL – Two women were killed in a crash on US-41 in Collier County earlier this month.
According to WINK, the collision occurred shortly before midnight on Sunday, January 1st as a Ford Mustang was heading west on US-41 near Tobago Boulevard.
Troopers with FHP believe the vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree in the median.
The driver, a 20-year-old woman, died at the scene of the crash. Her 22-year-old passenger was rushed to a local hospital, where she died a short time later.
