First responders called to two-truck crash in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, FL – Traffic delays lingered after a pickup truck, and a city garbage truck crashed early Thursday morning.

The collision occurred around 7 a.m. in the area of Fowler Street and First Street, WINK News revealed.

The area closed after 7 a.m; however, all travel lanes have reopened since.

Officials have not indicated what led to the crash and if anyone was hurt.
